You must be US citizen or legal permanent resident, and be a certified teacher in the state. There are no visas for school teachers. Plenty of American certified teachers with master's degrees looking for work. Many schools have been cutting teaching staff due to budget problems.

No, but you still need to be eligible to legally work, and schools rarely if ever sponsor.
