What do you mean "re-establish"? If you've sat by while all this was going on, you're as bad of a father as she is a mother.

The answer here is obvious. Talk to an attorney about getting full custody. This really didn't even occur to you?

divorce her, You need to take your son away from her immediately. In this critical period (childhood and puberty) a lot of who your son is, personality and identity wise will develop. Under such conditions as abuse, he may become an abuser himself as he gets older, or he may suffer from depression, ....etc. It is not a good environment for a child to grow up in

sounds like this may have evolved into more than you bargained for.. if she was better than you, how would it make you fell.. better thank "god" she's not. you need to document what's going on and get money for lawyers and know the law.. I'm not saying study the law, that takes along time.. better move with a quicknness

Divorce her and have her put in jail. If she is an abuser then you definitely need to take custody of your son.

Write him an apology note, I find that 9.5x/10 written explanations go a lot further than verbally expressing oneself.

I am giving her twice the child support that was agreed on. That would be like me not giving her any. She still can not manage money and spends it on liquor and gig lows.
