Adjustment period for progressive bifocals?
This is my first time wearing glasses, I was having trouble reading and slight trouble with distance. I had an eye exam and the doctor recommended progressive bifocals. My left eye is -0.25 and right eye is +0.25.
I finally got my glasses, and have been wearing them continuously so as to get used to them. The right eye feels fine, I can see clearly but my vision through my left eye is slightly blurry. IS that because -0.25 is worse than +0.25? Or is that typical of progressive bifocals? Will this sort of even out if I keep wearing them?
Thank you!

If one eye is working, you are probably learning to use your progressive lenses pretty well. Your optometrist will expect you to give them some time to adjust to them. After a week has passed, give them a call if this still bothers you and ask to have your prescription rechecked. Normally there is no charge for this or for remaking your lenses.
