Bump/lump on penis??

So I have this round lump like thing on he shaft of my penis, I think I've had it for a little while but it's always been pretty small and it's the same color as my skin. It is near where hair growns on my shaft, just yesterday I started examining it more because it had seemed pretty minor prior to yesterday, and it was under the skin cause I could squeeze it and it kind of have it in between my fingers stretching future from my penis, and then just today i was laying in bed and turned and noticed a little pain like pressure on/around it and I just now noticed it got bigger, I also shaved yesterday, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it getting bigger but I think it's a pimple or ingrown hair but I don't know and I was seeking some advise. I am also a virgin and have never had oral sec either so I've only ever masturbated, please help I would like to figure out what it is that's on my penis
