What is the best gaming laptop?
Basically out of alienware, asus and dell, since I want something that is oculus rift ready. I've never been able to really afford video games, but now that I can (occasionally) I really want to start gaming. And, while you're at it, any good game suggestions?

depends on your budget. if price is no object, Alienware offers some seriously powerful laptops with dual graphics cards.
at lower prices of around $2500, i found that typically Asus is a bit better. this isnt always the case but for the most part it is. so much so that I actually bought an Asus G751-JY. for $2500 it had better specs than a similar priced Alienware, MSI or Acer.
oh and if you are looking for Oculus Rift performance, the Oculus developers have recommended desktop hardware to run oculus rift properly. if you can, buy a desktop. it will be much more powerful for the same price as a laptop.
if you are looking for Oculus rift games, check out Hawken or iRacing.
