I want abs at 22 and 6"2'. And I have a little bit of belly. I mean belly fat, I want abs. What to do?
I wan to lose the belly fat. I looked up how to get a six pack and it says to lose the body fat.. I need to lose it. Should I tone up? I mean obviously eat healthier but should I worry about toning up or more worry about trying to lose body fat by walking and eating a bit healthier? I don't want any discouragement or any negative comments. I want a detailed response as much as possible.

There are two components to having a "six pack": one, highly developed abdominal muscles and two, very low body fat percentage so you can show them off (one can have quite amazing abs but if covered with any amount of fat, even a healthy amount, it won't get the look you want).
To build the muscle you have to do exercises that target the abs. However, it's better for your overall health to do an all-over workout. To get a low enough body fat percentage in order to show them off you have to do a lot of cardio AND heavily modify what you eat ("a bit healthier" won't cut it, literally).
The body stores its fat all over but each person is slightly different based on each person's unique genetics and so you can't just lose fat in your belly if you want to, you have to lose it from all over your body. As luck would have it, some people naturally store more fat in their belly than others. That means that some people are just naturally more suited to a "six pack" than others (even if both are within a healthy body fat range).
Personally, and I've been an athlete, trainer and PE teacher, I think that the whole concept of a "six pack" is a bit silly. It is a by-product of being a highly trained athlete not something that should be a goal in itself. Because of the genetic factor mentioned above even some highly trained athletes don't really have a six pack (so if that's you, and you really really want one you are going to have to resort to unhealthy low levels of fat and unhealthy practices to get there).
However, if that is what you want, then go for it. Be warned though, it's a lot of work and a change of lifestyle. One can get the many benefits of being healthy, including looking and feeling better, through good diet and exercise without having the six pack though.
I'm not sure if that's what you wanted to hear but that's the honest truth (at least as I see it).

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water. oblique and regular Crunches, planks, and push ups should help.
