How to prevent marijuana plant from growing too high?
Few weeks ago I threw few seeds in to the ground, plants got out but they are too tall, but too slim.. They are indoor, constant temperature around 25-30°C and they are under the 100W light now.. Any advice?

As another user stated, your light source is too far from the plants and will stretch. Also, top early, like after the third node to create two new tops and keep the plant lower and bushier.
As it goes along, super crop and use high stress training to bend and break the branches from vertical to horizontal. This allows light to penetrate the canopy evenly and creates more flower sites where there was once only miniscule internodal growth. There are several instructionals on how to properly achieve this. You have to break them bytches. If you just bend them, even drastically, they will often revert back to their original state. Cannabis plants can take a beating. However, it is wise to start treating the plant with silicates 24-48 hours prior to training it, as it makes the plant more pliable (Silica Blast is a good product but not sure if it's only for hydro). You will think you fkd the plant up because it often makes rips and tears on the part you broke but it can be patched with small strips of duct tape. The break will be healed in a week and you can remove the bandage. You will now have a large nodule on the branch that is stronger than the rest of the branch and capable of supplying more nutrients and supporting a heavier horizontal load.
Be selective in training your plant to achieve the even bushy effect. If you see an empty spot on the lower part of the plant, bend and break a branch to that spot to fill it in. This too will often expose once minimal growth underneath that branch to direct lighting that only received passive light.

If your plant is only a couple weeks old you're either growing in too small of a space or the light is too far from the plant. The easiest ways to keep plants short and bushy are to have the lights as close as possible without burning (prevents stretching) or by training the plant with either low stress training or topping. Topping is when you cut the top part of the cannabis plant and where there was only 1 shoot there is now 2 growing. LST is when you take the branches of the plant and tie them down to the bucket/pot so the branches keep growing, but can be manipulated into growing horizontally not vertically.
If you're giving the plant light 24/7 and it's already too big for your grow area you're going to have some problems when you put it into flower b/c plants will double or triple in size once flowering!

You can use your fingers to crush the stem and bend the plant over, it will heal up and continue growing but it will be shorter. Plants grow tall if there isn't enough light, they stretch to find more light. So I would advise to get a brighter light. Halogen and old fashioned lights don't work well, you need a fluorescent, high pressure sodium or led light, or a combination of lights. Also it you put a fan blowing on your plants they will make thicker stems from the stress of the wind.

Hemp plants with a long distance between branch nodes are male. Pinching the top off once will produce two tops, pinching them again will produce 4 tops. Of all plants grown from the same seed, male hemp plants will have noticeably longer intervals between branch nodes on the main stem than the female plants. : (

Pinch out the growing tips (as with most plants) which will make the plant grow outwards.

You can slowly bend it - such as along a 6 foot fence. Friend did it when it was illegal to hide from the law.
