Is there a word for after you were afraid of something, it didn't happen, but you're still a little scared because it did?

I can't fully pin it down. I mean there's relief because it didn't happen, but it could have.

It's a negative feeling.

What is this called?

well, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) is if something happened and you can't let go of it. I would assume it's probably what you're thinking about because the fear was there even though what you feared didn't actually happen. fear is very real and you did go through the fear.
