Could somebody please tell me what is going on with my skin? My hands are bright as the picture. My arms, shoulders are light.?
But my face, neck, stomach and back are very dark.
I have nothing against dark or white complexion. I am just asking because
These differences in my complexion confuse me to the extent that they impact my identity.

Nothing is going on in the picture. Skin pigment density varies in different parts of the body. That's all there is to it, unless the color differences occur in patchy blobs. Maybe you can simply accept your pattern of skin pigmentation as part of your identity. There isn't rule that people are supposed to have consistent skin pigmentation.
