ball inside earlobe?

I have this sore ball inside my earlobe and i cant see it i only notice it when i feel it and it kinda hurts when i feel it and i feel a ball about the size of an airsoft bb.

    It's probably an ingrown pimple. Leave it alone and it should go away in a few days. It happens to me every once in a while.
