Weird email from PayPal?
So over last night I got this following email exactly 14 times.
Dear xxxxxxxxx,
We’ve received your request to withdraw money from your PayPal account to your card:
Requested withdrawal amount: 28,00 EUR
Card: XXXXX-XXXX
Transaction ID:XXXXXXXXXX
It usually takes 1-2 business days for the withdrawal to complete, but in a few cases, depending on your card issuer, it could take up to 30 days.

What does this mean? I have done nothing to provoke this. Should I be worried?

There's probably a click-through to a fake site that will harvest your log-in details. Then the scammers will run up a huge purchase on your account.
Go to the PayPal site (without using a click-through) and see what's pending. If there's nothing, you'll know that all the emails are scams.
