What is wrong with my hand?

my hand does this a few times a week.

notice my fingers moving and my palm pumping. COMPLETELY ON ITS OWN. i am not moving my fingers at all

    It's twitching, sometimes my hands do that too

    Have you cut your wrist recently? Could be nerve damage
