Could Gohan still become a Super Saiyan while using his Ultimate power up at the same time?

Gohan's Ultimate Powerup IS his Super Saiyan transformation!! Elder Kai unlocked SSJ3 and combine all his SSJ transformations (1-3) into one Powerup! Just without the gold aura or hair.

Why else would Elder Kai tell Gohan to power up like he would as a Super Sayian if it was something completely different?

There is a possibility by Gohan is more of a pacifist and doesn't like fighting period so I highly don't believe he can turn Super Saiyan while using his Ultimate power up.

I don't know. Ever since Buu's defeat, Gohan seems to have lost his Kai Boost powers. He's not even as strong as a Super Saiyan three anymore. Even DB-Super has him turning Super Saiyan again.

I don't think so, it is almost like a different state that takes you through to a different state of mind than is needed for SS, however there is a chance that gohan might be able to since he has reach the tranquil SS state where you see him with gold hair but not angry or glowing at all. If he trained, sure, but he is adverse to fighting so my final answer would be no he could not.
