My sleeping is messed up?
It sucks. I'm so tired I can hardly think during the day but at night i'm wide eyed until 2 in the morning. I can''t help it and I don't know what to do! When I first started this cycle, I only did it because night is the only time I ever have to be alone and relax but now I can't break this habit and it's really messing me up. As well when I do sleep, I don't actually rest. It's like i'm just unconscious for a few hours but i'm not getting any energy. What do I do? I need to fix this quickly.

I have gone through the same thing. Went from working steady nights to not working steady nights -- it's tough. There are a lot of otc "natural" sleep aids, but they never worked for me. I have used prescription amytripiline (Elavil) which is a TCA with a sedative effect to successfully jump start my circadian rhythm back to "normal". It is affordable.
Good luck.

It seems like not sleeping has affected your life. Try to make a strict sleep schedule, try to adjust the noise level in your room and see your doctor. Also try to relax before bed.
