Most if not all over the counter erection pills are a scam, especially if it claims to make your penis bigger. That's just a trick they use to get you to keep buying it, making them more money. Money for nothing at that too!
If you are having difficulty achieving and/or maintaining an erection you should consult your doctor to find out why, it very well may be a reason that doesn't require medication to reverse or correct.
