What do you do when you get a depression spell?

i was having a truly great Christmas, then it seemed like my mind warped around now I'm just really depressed. Having a hard time motivating myself to do anything and what not. What do you do when this happens to you? Does it happen to you?

Having depression really sucks . . .i wish there was a way to get rid of it..
