I cant EVER fall asleep?

i was up till 4 last night and woke up at 7 getting 2 hours of sleep. and its 6 am and haven't slept scene and i cant fall asleep no matter what i do

    Don't eat later than 6 pm or drink coffee or tea or cola after 8 pm as a meal eaten late at night will lie heavy on your stomach and prevent sleep, drinks containing caffine will keep you awake at night.

    Don't know your age but you need 8 to 9 hours unbroken sleep, if you need to get up at 7 am to go to college or work aim to go to bed no later in the week than 10 or 11 pm.

    Try a warm milky drink before bed and take a warm bath/or shower both will aid sleep. Try and exclude light from your bedroom with heavy drapes ( curtains uk) over bedroom windows or wear a dark face mask don't watch tv or a tablet /lap top or smart phone as the light will prevent sleep read a book /magazine instead. Another tip is do some exercises before bed take the dog for a walk or press up or sit ups.

    You could try masturbation in bed as it relieves sexual tension and aids sleep.

    Sorry I don't have much of a good answer but this is all I know, when I couldn't sleep when I was little I'd just stayin bed with my eyes closed trying to and eventually just tell myself I'd stay awake staring at the ceiling I'd then become suddenly tired, I don't know why or how but it works for me at least.

    One more thing, don't look at any electronic screens for round n hour till your desired sleeping time. Read a book or draw. Electronic screens stimulate the brain so some can't sleep for a while after.
