Do Serpae Tetra need Air Pumps or bubblers?

    They need a filter. A heater. And 10 gallons per every 5 serpaes. They also need no less than a 10 gallon tank.

    But, no. They do not require a bubbler. They won't hurt anything, but they are not required.

    Bubblers help boost the oxygen levels in your tank so they are beneficial in every setup. However, as long as your water conditions are good and the heat isn't too high most fish will be able to live happily without one. I do recommend one though, they are pretty and help the fish!
