Fluctuating weight on normal diet and exercise plan.?

Over the past few weeks, my weight has been fluctuating and jumping up and down one or two kilograms. I have a prescribed diet by a dietitian and, as I'm only 17, I exercise 4x a week for 20 minutes. I've been on this diet and exercise plan since July 2015 and my weight has been going downhill nicely until recently. The only thing I consume that outside of my diet regularly is iced coffee (with skimmed-milk and no sugar). I've also noticed that my stomach is more bloated-looking and more squishy, and my thighs have been looking a lot thicker and more jiggly, even though a 1/2 kilogram difference is basically nothing but it looks like i've gained 5-10 kilograms.

Pregnancy is out of the question, as I am a virgin. Yes, I am aware that the holidays just passed, but I had a cold AND fever over Christmas and barely ate, dropping 2 kilograms.

I just want to know if this is normal, as i'm a teenager and undergoing hormonal changes, or should I worry and pay my dietitian or doctor a visit?

At 17 you should know by now that a woman who has started having periods will see her weight and body shape change over a month due to hormonal fluctuations related to the menstrual cycle. Stop obsessing over minor details in your body and just continue with a good diet and reasonable exercise. Stress can also affect your metabolism and cause temporary weight gain. Even the best weight loss diets will hit occasional plateaus. Chill and you will be fine.

Keep a reusable water bottle on your own desk to sip often. Keeping yourself hydrated can satiate hunger and cravings, reduce bloating, and hold you more alert.

It's most likely water weight. Caffeine retains water so I guess it depends how much iced coffee you usually have.
