Muscle building, can I do it in 3 months?
It's been about 3 years since I seen this one girl, and I might be seeing her again thiis coming fall. And I kind of want to impress, and just build muscle to better my health. So once summer breaks hits and I have more time I plan on working out A LOT. However I have no idea where to start, and I don't want to end up looking like the hulk...so in three months what muscle techniques would build muscle the fastest?

Focus more on reducing fat, eat less calories and train any muscles that you think would look good on you.
If you reduce your body fat then your muscles will be much more visible, which is more impressive than being the Hulk.
There are websites and apps that can plan workouts for you, the best one I've tried is http://www.bodbot.com/
It's highly customizable, it allows you to select between different goals, which for you should be "gain muscle", the muscles you want to focus on, your schedule, your workout equipment (if you have any then it'll include exercises that involve those equipment, if not then it'll only give you bodyweight exercises).
If you've set everything up then it'll give you exercises to do on a particular day.
It includes instructions teaching you how to do the exercises with a good form and videos from Youtube showing how to do them.
And you definitely can make a big difference in 3 months, so don't worry about not having enough time.

You're not going to "hulk" up in 3 months no matter how hard you try...even with steroids.
What you need to do is focus on your diet. Cut out the carbs...period. If you start consuming veggies and lean meats you will start burning fat as an energy source and you won't be storing fat with a spike in insulin due to carb consumption. You can lose a decent amount of fat in 3 months if you stick with it.
As far as muscle development, get a routine that will help build endurance and tighten and tone what you have now.I found a website that has a free report for bodyweight exercises. They also send some basics on muscle building in general. You should check it out if you re interested in getting in better shape. Its at www.FastMusclePlans.com

3 months won't get you much...also the gains you may notice in the mirror other people more than likely won't notice.
If you want to be successful at working out, you have to do it for yourself not someone else.
