No. Everything Leonard is is the product of immense talent and hard work. The system he's in covers up his only "weakness," his good but not great playmaking ability, but Leonard is undeniably one of the best players in the league right now.

No, he's part of a great system in the Spurs, so the opportunity is there to develop, but especially his Efficiency stats are what sets Kawhi apart, and that's pure talent, and smart decisions by the player.
