My computer shuts down after 20-25 seconds.?

tried to enter BIOS setup, same thing
25 seconds and the Cpu fan stops and it appears to be shut down.
you can hold power button for 5 seconds and it will repeat the same over again.

The CPU fan is funning and the case fan.
They shut down at the same time...20-25 seconds after restart.

There is a fault with either the power or the morherboard underneath. Somethig similar happened to my laptop. The place i brought ot from brand new fixed it 3× and it broke 4×. In the end they gave me a voucher for a new one. Sounds like what you need.

Check your fans to make sure they are running. This includes the one on the power supply. You may have to open the case to do this.
Fans stopping or not running means the system will shut down to prevent overheating. Replace the fan.
