Canonically, a blade vibrating fast enough can cut adamantium. However, Cortosis is a metal which can withstand lightsabers, and which is burned, but not cut through. Thus, adamantium would be damaged by lightsabers, but not completely cut through.

It can probably generate enough heat to melt it, effectively cutting through it when struck.
