Is StraightTalk honest and reliable?

I have used Tracfone or Net10 for 15 years. Straight Talk is a division of Tracfone wireless. I have never had any problems with Tracfone or Net10. My Net10 phone use Verizon towers for service.

wow, thanks so much for your kind answer. I am a computer and smart phone Cro Magnon, so my super smart High Tech son, and my Physics , AP Calc wife tried to fix it = my phone, and they cant do it.
Oh, well, tough luck for me. Gotta buy another phone, and find another company , if for no other reason than to start from scratch. You live and learn, .....
