Ordering decimals - place the following in order from smallest to biggest :
1.) 0.267,0.24,0.275,0.214,0.23
2.) 1.623, 0.623, 1.65 ,6.15,1.632
3.) 3.1,3.12,3.267,3.2,3.45,3,045
Then round the following numbers to 2 decimal places :
a.) 0.362
b.) 0.654
c.) 0.893
d.) 0.538
e.) 0.659
f.) 1.865

0.267,0.24,0.275,0.214,0.23
#1 make sure each decimal has three digits by inserting a zero(0)
Hence
0.267 , 0.240 , 0.275 , 0.214, 0.230
Drop the left hand zero and the decimal point
Hence
267 , 240 , 275 , 214, 230
Rearrange from smallest to biggest
214, 230, 240, 267, 275 .
Replace the left hand zero and decimal point.
0.214, 0.230, 0.240, 0267. 0/275.
0.214, 0.23, 0.24, 0.267. 0.275 (Done!!!!).
Round to 2.d.p.
0.21, 0.23, 0.24, 027, 0.28

not totally sure on this but I'll have a go don't take my word for it until someone else answers this
Rounding 2 decimal places
A) 0.36
B) 0.65
C) 0.89
D) 0.54
E) 0.66
F) 1.87
and I have no idea on the ordering of decimals sorry hope I was a little help :D
