What happened to Elon Musks water filter?

1-3 years ago I saw a video or two demonstrating a water filter treatment plant that was about the size of a car being supported by Elon Musk. One of the ideas he had was to fill a giant ocean liner just full of these things pumping fresh water from the ship onto dry land where it could be of good use. The idea was that if the time came when the water filtration was no longer needed. The ocean liner could disconnect and reposition itself in a part of the world that may be having a drought. I have tried to find this video but I am thinking maybe someone or entity pursued legal action against him encroaching or their industry. Is there any way to watch videos that were available on youtube like a year ago but are removed now?
