Super cute dress! DON'T try amazon, they don't usually have got stuff. Ebay tends to sell you crappy stuff a lot... I'd try H&M, Free People, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21 (Don't expect anything from them to last longer than 2 washes though), and, if you're willing to splurge a little for a high quality and durable dress, try Anthropology. They're kinda pricy but definitely my go to for cute and fun dresses!

it's Tobi's "Endless Summer" crochet romper (it's not exactly a dress), but it may be out of stock on their site -- you can check/look around for it on their site if you want, but I believe it's out of stock:
