How do I get buff I'm really skinny and tired of being weak?

    Best solution is to do weights, sit-ups, pull-ups, crunches, and rows... There are a whole lot of fitness options out there! But make sure you don't overdo it! Take a day or two break before doing your weight routine the next time! Just maybe cut back a little on the quantity of food, get protein, and don't eat a lot of junk food... You still can but just watch to not eat to much! Let me know if this works for you! P.S. Just google/Safari some images of "workouts for guys" really depends on where you want to get more buff, just type in were on your body and it should show up there! Thanks!
