Raw milk vs pasteurized milk?

What's better? Raw cow's milk or home pasteurized milk? Can you give me the benifits of both please :)

    raw milk is only really safe if you know the cow personally (in which case any bacteria she has you are already exposed to)

    realistically the major risk is from Coliform's giving you GI disruption

    it also keeps less time than pasteurized

    for a farm family these are not major disadvantages and few invest in home pasteuring units

    some people prefer to buy raw milk feeling the active enzymes are beneficial but it not well proven

    Raw milk is risky from a food safety standpoint. You should only consume pasteurized dairy products.

    Raw milk tastes better, but it's not worth tuberculosis.
