Can the whole Uchiha clan copy jutsus or is it just Kakashi?
Also,can kakashi copy jutsus like rasengan?

The Uchihas can copy hand signs of the jutsu, but they can't copy the ACTUAL JUTSU bc they probably do not have the affinity for it, unless it's a fire style jutsu. Kakashi can copy jutsus bc he has 4 out the 5 elemental affinity types. He has Lightning(main style), Fire, Water, Earth. He does not have Wind, I think lol. The reason he can copy so many is because he most likely has the affinity for it. And for your second question, it's kind of a spoiler, but once you get to episode 55 of Naruto Shippuden, you'll have ur answer ^^
