It's a scam. You need to learn how to do a Google Images and Tineye reverse image search

    and many more reports

The real girl in the picture is Russian actress Ekaterina Krutilina

All you need to know is that girls who look like models and actresses like her are not on dating sites and do not contact strangers online. They are all scammers using stolen photos of models and actresses

Report her profile to the site where you met and block her. File a police report if you actually sent money or gifts or enough personal details to become the victim of identity theft. These fake profiles are run by the Russia mafia

And never talk to anyone online more than a week without a Skype video chat. Scammers have all sorts of excuses why they can't. A real woman has no problem going on cam as she's also going to want to make sure you aren't a fake profile

You can pretty much assume anyone contacting you claiming to be in Russia, Ukraine, Ghana, Nigeria, Philippines, Malaysia and other countries notorious for romance scams is going to be a scam, especially if they look like an actress or model who would have no problem meeting a guy in her own country
