Do console games allow you to turn off motion blur?

And depth of field, like PC titles do?

Console games don't have an options menu alike PC games

I don't think you'd be able to mess with motion blur on most games

Regarding depth of field, I heard many people say it's not much of a problem when playing on a TV that is far enough away from you. Anyway, you wouldn't be able to tinker with that either because at different levels it would take different amounts of processing power, which consoles don't have much to spare

Very rarely, some of them do but disabling those features are more for FPS issues rather than not liking them, motion blur sometimes pops up as quite a lot of people don't like it.

Not really. Since all consoles use identical hardware, the games are optimized, and rarely let users change graphic settings.
