What do I need to run Fallout 4?

The thing is that on FM2+ boards, the GPU is built onto the APU itself, not the board. The board just has the VGA/HDMI/DVI/Displayport ports on it. Also even the fastest APU available for FM2+ is only just slightly faster than the FX 4300 CPU on the AM3+ platform and only about as fast as a lower end Intel i3 when it comes to gaming. FM2+ really isn't that great of a platform for gaming.

When you say your GPU doesn't work anymore, does that mean that the port you're using on the motherboard isn't outputting a signal? If that's the case just use one of the types of display output ports. If the integrated GPU isn't being detected, then you might have a bad APU, though it would be exceedingly rare for the GPU portion of the APU to fail and the CPU portion to remain operational, given that they are on the same piece of silicon.

Anyway to run fallout 4 well, you're going to want a i5 (Sandy Bridge or better) a GTX 960 or R9 285 or better (4GB of VRAM), and 8GB of RAM. For FM2+ you're not going to find a CPU or APU that fast, so if you insist on FM2+ you're going to want a A10 7850k or better. And even then it's not going to be an ideal experience. I wouldn't even consider trying to run this game without at least mid-range discrete GPU.
