Discrimination in Vegan movement?

Update:

fat shaming

ableism (blaming ppl who are mentally ill for not going vegan)

classism (telling poor ppl they gotta buy fruits)

btw im a vegetarian who is all of the things above, i never would expect another to subscribe to veganism if they couldnt yet vegans pout that meat eaters are horrible

Update 2:

also racism at cultures who mostly eat meat....

dont get me wrong, I WOULD LOVE FOR EVERYONE TO BE VEGAN

but in this capitalistic world its NOT POSSIBLE

Of course. Veganism is an elitist diet. It requires supplements, many live on expensive fake meats, fresh fruits and veggies are expensive during winter, and exotic fruits and grains trucked in from halfway around the world.

Many vegans do body shame. They also compare pre-civil war slaves to domesticated livestock which tends to irritate black people.

Veganism is only possible since the invention of man made vitamins and minerals....like vitamin B12.

  • the vegan diet is a diet that most people won't be able to stick to for a long period, such as 40 years or so. most vegans do rather good on a vegan diet at first but this is because they trade processed and fast foods for veggie and fruit. naturally anyone who does this will see improvements at first. the problem comes from a pro-longed use of this diet, it's really hard for the vegan diet to be sustainable another words. vitamins like b12 you can become deficient in over time if it's not supplemented. also fat soluble vitamins like a,d,e,k aren't normally absorbed properly due to most vegan diets being low-fat. this is why whenever I get a chance to talk to a vegan I tell them to load up on extra-virgin olive oil, avocados, and coconuts, eat them daily. complete protein is a problem also, vegans need to eat copious amounts of quinoa since it's a complete protein and isn't a glutinous grain, another plus.

No one gives a rats a$$ that that you are a vegan. Eat what you want and just leave us meat eaters alone.
