I think i got a splinter?
So its really small in my hand and i dont really want to take it out as i am terrified of needles. i dont know if its deep or not. can this cause an infection tho and will i die or get rly sick or what

No, it's not a big deal and it may not require attention. It can cause an infection though!
What I would do is try a different remedy, one that draws the splinter to the skin without needles. You can find them everywhere. If that doe st work, don't sweat it!
The skin grows from the bottom up. So if the splinter really is in too deep, the skin will push it out eventually anyway. You don't have to do a thing- just watch for infection! If it starts getting oozy or weird, go to the doctor and they can take it out easily, with painkiller.

If you can see the tip, it is well visible, get a pair of tweezers and pull it out gently
