You have to eat less and/or exercise more. Cut out junk, sweet, processed, fast, and fried foods. That includes all things like chips, cookies, crackers, bars, as well as most breads and cereals. Even supposedly healthy varieties aren't really good for you when losing weight. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Make them 1/3-1/2 of what you eat each day. Have them with each meal and as snacks. An easy way to do that at meals is divide your plate into quarters. First fill half the plate with veggies. The rest is for lean protein and a small serving of healthy carb. Drink just plain water, and plenty of it.
