she did acid and thought she was me?

This Facebook friend/ aqaintance of mine recently did acid, and while she was tripping her girlfriend had asked her who she was, and she said she was ME, now I'm not mad, but confused, I am black&Italian, 6ft, my prodominant style is a fusion of goth and punk, the girl is 5'3 and pale, she has admitted to me while drunk that she wants to be friends, and she has a decent interest in my post, but I can't see how she would think she's my doppelgänger, that's what she told me btw, that I'm her doppelgänger.
