is pilates all about core strength or can it be helpful for my hole body?
I am thinking of starting pilates but I don't know if it will help sculpt my hole body such as the arms shoulders and legs or will it just flatten my stomach, can it be useful for theses areas as well as posture and breathing technique which i also want to improve is it really good for your back which is very good as well plus is it expectable for a guy to be in a pilates class haha. should i just do circuit training instead would it be better to meet what i want.

Yes, Pilates is useful for ALL of those things.
The system is based on a belief that your core is important to using ALL bodyparts (and training them) effectively.
So your core is always the focus, even when you are training other bodyparts. This strategy avoids training massive legs that then lead to lower-back damage, or focusing on arm training to the point where your neck is being damaged and your breathing is impaired.
So if you just want massive arms, and a 'magic spell' for good posture as well, forget it. But the system is all about a 'holistic' approach to training your body.
