how can i practice first aid?
I am with a voluntary organisation, which is where i got my first aid cert (OFA), the organisation works at social events like music festivals football matches and festivals, doing first aid in case its needed. any way the organisation had an exercise and with first aid scenario in it a very bad accidents at a quarry, it was very hard and i am not happy with my performance so i want to get better at first aid because there's no point in me volunteering with the organisation if i cant really help out. so i want to practice more often i have the manual form the course and an accident report form but no first aid supplies so i will be getting more supplies soon and i can get people to act out injuries and i can work on them and mix it up and swap up injuries, anyway how should i practice my first aid.

so I have been doing a whole body work out at the gym, its good but I'm thinking may be you should try something else just to see. so my aim is to get fitter, healthy heart lungs, lose a bit of fat though i am not fat, just have a bit of a belly, not that i want to put in the effort to see my abs, so i don't expect to see them so whatever.
Also (now this probably will sound weird) next year i would like to run a 5k or 10k but instead of running i want to do something else and use the 5k as like a test to see how i have progressed. and if i did swap what classes should i look for at the gym that focus on weight training so i can build muscle again, as far as i know it doesn't build huge muscle just definition.

for me i hate working out at a crowded gym the weights i need are missing, the mats are all over the place the running machines all being used at the same time (actually last night was the first time i seen that happen i was as much angry as i was impressed so i guess that was nice), and people inappropriately dropping the dumbbells on the floor Im talking 8 kgs 14kgs im like why, Im like come on they arnt that heavy, and benches being left in the position as they finish and don't put them back to flat it takes 3 seconds no big deal for me to just fix it but still, so i usually go in the morning were crowds are at a minimal so i can get a good work out in a bit quicker.

My goal for summer is to be able to swim properly by the end. I want to be able to swim as away to exercise. i am starting with no real ability to swim but im willing to practice at least two to three times a week out side of the class which is only once a week.

i started running to get fitter, its been great running, its tough but i feel that i am getting a little fitter every time i run, the problem is i run in a field instead of a proper track and the surface is uneven and bumpy and i feel that its what causing me to have pain just above my foot so i think that if i am to continue exercising i will change from running to cycling. my question is cycling even as good as running, i know it wont burn as many calories.

I am thinking of starting pilates but I don't know if it will help sculpt my hole body such as the arms shoulders and legs or will it just flatten my stomach, can it be useful for theses areas as well as posture and breathing technique which i also want to improve is it really good for your back which is very good as well plus is it expectable for a guy to be in a pilates class haha. should i just do circuit training instead would it be better to meet what i want.
