does relaxing/meditation everyday (controlling breathing and listening to music) everyday make you more calmer in other parts of life?

    It can. It lowers your blood pressure and heart rate.

    Yes. It can also positively affect your immune system, and therefore your lifespan / quality of life.

    if I sit still for 5 minutes, I fall asleep....so I couldn't tell you

    i dont think your defnition of meditation is equal to other defniitions. defitely not what i think it is.
