Weird sensations in head?

ive been getting these very,very small pains in random places in my head which arent big and that i get tingling sensations on my top left or right side of head as well as hearing something clicking in the back of my head? Can anyone help?

Update:

is it a brain tumour or something serious ? btw i dont smoke, drink or do drugs and am pretty fit and healthy as well as cutting down a bit on sweets

    Better see a Doctor and get an MRI. Why wait to see if you die from a brain tumor?
