What horror movie is this?

I remember watching a horror movie on tv. A few people were being chased through the forest by some mutated looking beings. They eventually took refuge in a treehouse. I think their was a radio they tried to call for help in the house while the monsters were still in the trees outside. This is the only scene in the movie I vaguely recall. Does anyone know what movie I'm trying to remember?
