Should I call her on the phone tonight?

So I've been talking to this girl from school for like a month and we don't see each other at school but we talk often and chill outside of school. We only really hang out when she asks me because every time I ask her to go somewhere she says she can't or ignores me. I flirt with her often, she calls me at night sometimes, and she knows I like her, a couple weeks ago I started cuddling her and she was just all over me, so that's good! 2 weeks ago I asked her to chill and once again she said she couldn't, after that we didn't talk for almost a week. So after not talking to her for 6 days I texted her and the next day she asked me to go out last Friday. That night we hung out and she wanted to go to my house but the only thing was that our friend was with us lol. We watched Netflix and I was on top of her the whole time and I tried to take her clothes off but she told me to stop so I did. The next two days She texted me first and she usually doesn't but I called her babe and she said if I did that again she would pop me in the face lol. She called me that night but I missed her and called her back no answer. We've texted a little this week but it's been pretty bland, she's been ignoring some of my texts, and she's only called me once that night I called her babe but didn't see it. I want more time with her, should I call her tonight? I've never called her just to talk but she has called me like 3 or 4 times late at night and we talked for a long time. Should I call her or what?

Maybe you should back off for a bit--you've only known her for a month.
