I am watching the TV and all this fighting is for the lobbies ,they all around Washington try to get a dill with the politicians. Trump was doing that to get a several dills , he knows exactly how easy is and how croaky politician's are . all politician are disunites people. Rubio and the other are the same. Trump exposé them all and they do not like it, like that . trump is going for glory and he accept no money from lobbies

I cant really understand the question but it looks like you are asking if the popular vote is ignored? and sometimes yes. The actual presidential vote comes down to what we call the electoral college. In the past the popular vote has been ignored but it is the responsibility of this group to understand what is best for the people who they represent.

The lobbies are the middlemen. The major corporations run America.
