Constipated but pass a lot of gas?

I have been constipated for weeks now. Still going once a day, but it doesn't feel like enough. It's making me extremely bloated and tired. Is passing a lot of gas while constipated a good sign? Or how do I get rid of the problem all together??????? I am miserable

    drink a lot of water :) or try taking tea
