Aggression between tiger barbs?

My 6 tiger barbs in my 75g recently went down to 5 and now 4 barbs. They keep killing each other. The most recent one they killed they ate the fins tail and face off of. How can I stop this? I can't separate them and there isn't enough room in my tank for more than 6.

I hate to say this but: get rid of them. You need a BIG group (ideally at least 10) to diffuse the aggression enough. If you can't have more than 6 then you don't have enough room for tiger barbs, period.

I would take them back and get a small school of cherry barbs instead, neat little fish with none of the intense aggression issues.

Did you add them in at different times? If so, its a territorial dispute. You'll have to remove them somehow. :/
