Abs hurt A LOT after pushups?
Yeah I understand pushups help your abs also. But the thing is my oecks and arms even effected by 20+ pushups, but I have to stop becuase my abs hurt to much...

Your abs are being worked when you keep your body straight. A push-up is similar to a plank exercise which strengthens your abdominals. It's just that the push-up also works the arms and chest as well due to the pushing motion. It is also possible to get an abdominal "Charlie horse" cramp ( I'm prone to these) which are one of the most painful things I've experienced while working out,

Maybe because your arms are really strong, and your abs aren't as strong as they are. Especially if you haven't been doing the ouch ups in the right position, but you are now. But it's mostly because your arms are more stronger than your abs. Do some sit-ups!
