What happens when a car tire can't be repaired?

My car tire got a flat tire( it was new) took it to a dealership for repair but it wasn't able to do it so I bought a new. What happens to the new tire that can't be repair

    If the tire was indeed new, did it occur to you that the manufacturer of the tire could have either replaced it for FREE or pro-rate you on a NEW tire?

    If it can't be repaired, it's replaced.

    It becomes scrap. Not even sure why this is a question since the answer is self evident.

    If the tire "carcass" is good,the tire is recapped. If not, the tire is thrown away.

    take the car to a junk yard and get a new one.
