Insomnia keeps getting worse?
It started out just being hard to fall asleep but now it's so bad if throwing my life like a rogue wave. It keeps getting worse and worse and not I'm in bed dying of exhaustion been laying here for 8 freaken hours and now the suns coming up. I'm so tired and just cannot fall asleep! I get about 2-5 hours of sleep each night and every once in a while like tonight I can't fall asleep at all. If it gets any worse I am going to the doctor because it will kill me if it gets any worse! What do I do?
