Mirror silvering or Chrome paint for my vase? I bought an inexpensive five inch square glass teleflora vase.?
It looked like CHROME on the outside, but was reflective on the inside, as though it was a mirror. However, it was missing some color at each bottom corner, so you could see thru it & see clear glass.(NO, Aluminum foil doesn't look right in the corners.) I'd like to apply a Chrome color paint or mirror silvering (if I knew where to find it) to make this look right. Yes, this was made in China, but despite this flaw is lovely otherwise and I would like to recycle it for a planter, but the dirt will show, if I cannot make it solid chrome color on the outside.

So you're confused between mirror silvering or chrome paint for your vase. You also mentioned that you bought an inexpensive five inch square glass teleflora vase. That indicates your initial choice is to opt for the glass. However as you mentioned earlier also, that glass is not of high quality. So you can look for high quality glass variants from the manufacturer.

I have THIRTY FIVE years of EXPERIENCE with painting and beautifying inexpensive decor finds. Because I have SO MUCH experience and YOU do not, I'm going to RIDICULE you instead of being HELPFUL. THEREFORE, I won't give you any tips or IDEAS, but rather tell YOU to find a HIGH QUALITY vase TRAINER before someone GETS HURT with your STYLE NEGLIGENCE. The vase isn't UGLY, it's your technique that is UGLY! Why would you BUY A VASE if you DON'T KNOW how to fix it YOURSELF??? Deplorable! Did WE learn anything?

What do you expect from a $5 vase? Maybe you should've examined it more before you bought it. Figure it out yourself, it's a vase. It's not that hard to fix the coloring of it.
